Mediation

Mr. Poon is a founder and principal of Global InterMediation, PLLC.  He is a court-appointed mediator for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia’s Multi-Door Dispute Resolution Division.

He has undergone “mediation training for the professional” with the Center for Dispute Resolution in Washington, D.C., and the Multi-Door Dispute Resolution Division’s training program overseen by the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.  He has also participated in the International Mediation Workshop, sponsored by JAMS.

McCauley, Eric E. Peterson, B. Lee Artz, and DeeDee Halleck (M.E. Sharpe 2003). 
  • “Public Television’s Digital Future,” which was accepted by Columbia University and published as a chapter in The Economics, Technology and Content of Digital TV (Kluwer Academic Publishers 1999).

Speeches & Panel Discussions

Appeared on numerous occasions as an expert speaker or panelist on media issues, including:

  • Vice President Gore’s Advisory Committee on Public Interest Obligations of Digital Television Broadcasters.
